I caught this video over at WoWRaid and I tip my hate to Teza for putting it up. The new system looks really solid and seems to be the perfect solution for cutting away more of the time sink wastes and getting groups up and running faster. Sure there isn’t a filter for bad players or ninja-looters and the likes; but those are issues that a computer program can’t do a thing about. The new voting system in groups might be the solution where you can vote to have a player removed and replaced and then instantly teleported into the dungeon right there with you.

I’m pretty stoked! I can’t wait! I want it all now to be honest. But what are they doing for LFR? Will you be able to pug Raids in the same way? That would be sweet to have cross server pug raids. But how do you filter out the people who are undergeared, decide whether you want 5 or 7 healers? Two tanks or Three? Etc.
LFR is essentially just a listing service and not cross-server from what I gather. If you need to fill spots for a pug raid then you can use the LFR system to find players who have listed themselves as looking for a raid.
