Sorry for the lack of posting yesterday, but I just couldn’t seem to pull myself away from Northrend. The quests, the zones, and the instances are incredibly fun and engaging. Im not sure for most other servers, but for mine and all of my friends who play, there have been few if any server crashes during the release. Everything is running smooth and the journey to level 80 is in full swing.
Everyone I have talked to in the game has been really quick to say how much more fun and how much more exciting this expansion is than Burning Crusade was. Blizzard really has an ace here. The decision to make 2 starting zones was the biggest success so far, aside from having stable servers to play on. Both zones offer a huge selection of quests(if you really could choose to skip a quest and miss out on some of that great XP). Each quest has a realatively important feel to it, very seldom do you get the feeling you are doing this quest for nothing. Hell, there is even a daily quest designed to get you make some animals mate in order to repopulate the species (funny part is you lure the male in with food, which is helpful advice to all you ladies).
In all, this expansion is a blast so far and I can’t wait to see what else is in store.
