I thought this would get your attention hah! Its been a long time since I was a part of a guild that I wasn’t leading. Its been even longer since I had confidence in the leadership and the core of officers. Don’t think of this as an obligatory recruitment post, think of it as an open invitation to get in on something really incredible.

The guild Diversus is a newly formed raiding guild on Altar of Storms US and is recruiting more for further Ulduar Hard Mode progression. We’re currently trying to strengthen our 25 man roster. You can think of the guild as the Thunderdome of guilds.

7:30 PM -11:30 PM EST*

We could accommodate the following class / specs for immediate raid slots:

Warrior – (Prot / Fury offspec)
Druid – (Feral / Resto)
Priest – (Shadow / Holy)
Warlock – (Exceptional DPS required)
Rogue – (Exceptional DPS required)
Hunter – (Exceptional DPS required)
Death Knight- (Exceptional DPS with tank gear off spec)

The majority of our members have cleared Ulduar 10 and Ulduar 25 (minus Algalon), several hard modes completed in each, and are working toward completing the remainder. Gotta get them drakes.

We use an officer appointed loot council for distribution for gear (don’t panic). The deciding factors for distribution are based solely on attendance and performance.

We have a few guidelines to consider, please take the time to read through them thoroughly:

- <Diversus> is a newly formed raiding guild focused on tackling the most challenging encounters that WoW has to offer. We have a team player atmosphere, and frown upon cut-throats. Ball-busting is a must, as well as thick skin. If you can’t accept honest criticism, then this isn’t the guild for you. Every raider is expected to go the extra mile to get his / her job done, and show exceptional talent in ALL aspects of the game.

- We want candidates who have no intentions of giving up. Fluctuating schedules, inconsistent attendance, and laggy computers and/or connections are not welcome. The raid doesn’t revolve around you.

- Be able to pay attention to your environment, avoid “fire”, and know how to adapt. Situational awareness is a must. Take the initiative to read up on your class, and keep an open mind for those who may perform better than you. We stand clear of people that think they “know-it-all”. A good candidate learns something new everyday.

- A guild is a team, and some encounters will require strict min/max, and certain class/raid comps. Raiders will need to sit at times to make things work. If you have a problem with sitting out on some encounters, then you’re not a team player.

- Come prepared. Know the fights you are about to engage in WELL in advance. We aren’t here to hold your hand through the content. The ideal candidate uses food buffs, pots, and flasks on every attempt / fight.
