The Daily Spoon: New Poll for April!

Another month, another poll. I’ve been thinking about this for a while now and I figure why not post here and see what you all think.

We’ve been told that in the coming expansion there are no plans to add another riding skill to the game. But at the same time we will not be allowed to use our flying mounts from the begining in Northrend. While I agree whole heartedly with this decision I can’t help but wonder if I’ll ever get to use my epic flyer again.

So much time is wasted in this game traveling from one spot to the next; as well for a gatherer, epic flight is the only way to remain competitive. But if we were able to fly from level 61 right away, I’m pretty sure that leveling would have been 10 times more difficult as well as world PVP. Let’s face it, PVP is really annoying when you have an entrenched enemy force on the ground and you’re helpless until you land. Ranged DPS and casters can pretty much kill you before you land.

Also i can’t imagine all the content that would be skipped, all the artwork and land and mobs and little details that would be missed just because you can fly over it.

So what do you think? Should we be able to fly again at level 80? Should we be able to fly right away? Should we be allowed to fly at all in Azeroth? What about a gold cost for being able to ready your mount for flight in Northrend?
