Northrend Factions: Frenzyheart Tribe & The Oracles
You can find both of these factions of puppy-dog people and giant murloc frogs in the Sholazar Basin. I’d go into much further detail but the hilarity with these two factions is something better experienced than explained. In order to open up faction gains for each you have to complete one quest chain that’s pretty quick in itself and ends with a daily quest that will allow you to switch factions. In other words, doing this initial chain, you will go from honored with the Frenzyheart to hated, to either honored again or remain hated depending on how you choose the last battle. No worries all will be explained.
You’re going to be sent by the Nessy camp engineers over to River’s Heart where you will quest and such. You’ll be asked to kill a lion named Pitch nearby for one of the engineers as a favor. It all begins here. A pack of Frenzyheart have cornered him and upon killing this trapped creature, Tracker Gekgek will jump around yelling about how you stole his kill (PVE server joke, and this guy’s quest text is line after line of Monty Python skits)
Here is the complete quest chain:
During – you will have to fight a Lich that goes down relatively easy with another (or solo like I did) and halfway through he will become immune and you MUST choose to kill the Oracle (allying yourself with the Frenzyheart) or the Wolvar (allying yourself with the Oracles). If you do not kill one of the little buggers in time then he will evade and despawn completely and you have to wait about 5 minutes and try again.
When you complete the final quest, it opens up one of two dailies, depending on your decision during the fight.
-
If you ally yourself with Zepik, he offers Frenzyheart Champion to ally yourself with the Frenzyheart.
-
If you ally yourself with Jaloot, he offers Hand of the Oracles to ally yourself with the Oracles.
After allying yourself with one of the two factions, you can return to their base camps and begin their respective daily quests.
If you wish to change your faction later, simply engage Artruis the Heartless a second time, and this time kill the opposite faction member. Don’t do this unless you’re prepared to give up all the reputation you have earned with your current faction! Starting at honored isn’t bad but what a waste if you’re revered or exalted and then you dump back to hated.

Thanks and credit goes to Wowhead & Corgan.

I am a fury warrior . What faction is best suited for my needs ?
Depends on your current gear. The oracles offer Gold Star Spaulders which are crit plate shoulders but might be worse than what you have. They also have a great crit trinket at exalted that gives rage (since you’re a warrior when you kill a target so that might be better.
The Frenzyheart has an awesome trinket though at exalted and the rest of their plate gear looks like tanking and healing stuff. But if you can have a Frenzyheart Insignia of Fury the haste and the proc is nice.
In the end I want to say that the oracles have better rewards.
