This is one of those I told you so moments.
Right now on the PTR, the first parts for Stormwind Harbor are showing up. You can find the Harbor entrance at the northern canal wall between the Park and Cathedral districts in Stormwind. Construction workers from <The Royal Stonecutters Guild> have been added to Stormwind for the Harbor, you can watch the new npcs working and two of them will open a chat dialog box explaining whats going on.
I can’t help but laugh a little at the Stonecutters reference coming from the Simpsons; and I’m pleased to see that the current administration of Stormwind isn’t asking the Defias to build something for them again. Heroic Deadmines 25-man raid anyone?
