It’s a little bit of an itemization issue for classes like Druids, Shaman, Paladins, and Death Knights where we don’t exactly have a ranged weapon to put in that slot. In BC, many items were added in game to fill in the blanks from quest rewards to badge loot, but so far there aren’t many Sigils for Death Knights that I can see in the Wrath of the Lich King. Here are three out of the 5 or so.
There are some according to Blizzard but none have as of yet been discovered outside of Naxxramas or Lv. 80 Arena Rewards.

Yeah, so I’ve noticed.
My problem is that I roll Unholy spec, and the Sigil which we are started off with is +90 to Heart Strike/Blood Strike, and while I do use Blood Strike to get a Death Rune from time to time, it’s still a Sigil mainly for Blood spec.
I hope they put more in the game soon. =/
dude, u SPOULD use ur heart strke all the time, regardless of wtf ur doing with ur toon, its usable in all situations where u take even the smallest amount of dmg…
um…heart strike is a talent for blood DK’s only, so if your frost or unholy you dont have heart strike…..cris stated its mainly for blood spec l2read
Yeah not great really. Bit like the tanking set T7 bonus for 2 is +10% crit on Plague strike…. why wud u need that for tanking? I imagine in new year there will be more available..hopefully
