All signs point to no. The Magic 8-Ball doesn’t lie folks. We currently have no plans to reduce the reset timer for Karazhan. If you need more gear and/or Badges of Justice, there are a number of heroic dungeons to roll through. (src)
Honestly though I can understand why somebody would want to shorten the reset timer for raids that are (or will be very shortly) outdated but considering the amount of trash still present in Karazhan, it’s not worth putting in the work-hours when they should be focusing on Wrath of the Lich King.
