The tooltips are loaded off wowdb.com or wowhead.com whichever I feel like using at the moment. a lot of times these sites are blocked by firewalls at work. the best I can do though to provide some form of functionality is to have one or the other listed. Only other thing I can do is actually write out the tooltips. The new bag is a 22 slot BOE bag that is not unique. That means you can have as many as you can afford for you or your alts. Depending on how much gold you have you could fill all your bank slots and personal inventory with these bags which would give you A LOT of space. the rings and glasses are just junk for the most part that don't do anything in particular other than look neat on your character's inventory and could fill some RP desires.
