Got to see two of the mounts during the Wrath of the Lich King Beta. The Proto Drake and Frostwyrm flying mounts are hands down the sickest looking flying mounts out there.
I’m not to sure on how we’re going to get the Frostwyrm mount, but the proto-drakes are rewards for certain very hard to get achievements. Otherwise the Blue Proto-Drake drops from Skadi the Ruthless in Utgarde Pinnacle on heroic difficulty.

I haven’t seen anything definitive about how the Frostwyrm Mount is obtained, however, the majority of comments and hearsay I have read about the Frostwyrm suggests that it is a Reward for being on the top arena teams.
yep. only way to get whats obviously a PvE mount is to arena woooooo!
