		<description>I&#039;d like to be able to use runestrike in raids when I&#039;m not the one tanking. That&#039;s a sexy 6-8k crit! Maybe make it also refresh the debuffs on the target like crusader strike used to for paladins (at least I think I remember it did that).

Imagine how many attacks you could use when not having to use those runes to refresh your diseases or waiting on the GCD of each strike to hit the next. It gives my DK a boner thinking about it.</description>
