I’m sitting in this really strange place right now. My Paladin is my main hands down and I still have more fun on him than any other character, but I guess I finally broke and (100% as a result of Bigredkitty) and got my Hunter into Outland.
I’m sitting at about Lv. 66 and every time I log onto him I want to scream as loud as possible. The idea of having to drop another 6,000 gold on flying mounts is enough of a deterrant in itself as i think I have all of 23g on my Paladin right now; but ultimately it just breaks down to the grind.
I mean sure there are plenty of Death Knights to run around with but I’m kind of burnt on kill quota quests and the terrain of Outland. So here’s my question to you folks; can you drag yourself through Outland again? Hellfire, Zangarmarsh, Nagrand, Terrokar all over again. The jury is still out for me on this one but I don’t see it happening until maybe Feburary.
hell my hunter is 72, and I can’t bring myself to level it. To much work -_-
Outlands isn’t that bad, especially now that there isn’t anyone there!
Northrend makes me want to jab forks into my eyes due to the sheer amount of people doing the same thing I am. I love the quests, the new zones, etc. But I log in and try to do one quest only to stand and watch like 3 other people doing the same thing…maybe it will be better after holiday break and the kids and college dudes have classes/hangovers again.
My death knight is almost done with Outland, but i gave up on my 66 shaman before Wrath came out (having already gotten 2 toons to 70), and i doubt i’ll bother getting him up to 70.
