I already got my fancy little Brazier of Dancing Flames and still have about 92 or something Burning Blossoms leftover. Considering you get 10 for every flame you extinguish with your yellow stream of justice, and 5 for every flame of your own faction you honor; it’s not hard at all to get tons of flowers. Also you can capture the flames from the enemy capitals for 25 blossoms a pop. At max level too it’s a great way to make some money with little to no effort.
The Honor/Desecrate quests, as well as the Zoram Strand questline, are once per year. The Zoram Strand chain indeed gives some flowers, but moreover it unlocks another daily. Doing the torch tossing, torch catching, and Striking Back quests should give you a decent intake per day. (src)
