New Player Stories from Military gamers.

I really enjoy these player stories. We all have our own memories in this game. Things that maybe you reminisce about with friends or guildmates. A lot of people play this game only for the social aspect it brings, granted that’s a major part of why I play, and I don’t see how anybody can enjoy themselves without the human interaction.

There’s a real human element to this game and that’s what really makes it incredible. It’s very easy to forget sometimes that there are living breathing human beings on the other side of the screen playing with you, sharing in the good times when you down the raid boss or win the battle ground, they are there during the bad times when you wipe for hours on end or get steamrolled by a pre-made group. These stories are a great look into a world that all of us have in common. It’s sad so few get to put to words.

The latest two updated are from military personnel playing this game from their individual deployments who tell tales of how through the game they are able to keep in touch with their families back home. It’s nice to think that even though you’re out in the field risking your life everyday, you can still see those you hold dearest in the World of Warcraft.
