Evolution Complete.

How many times did those words echo through your speakers just as you started up another Zergling rush? I think I was dreaming about creep colonies and Hydralisks for a while back then.

It’s been a very long night with only about a solid 2 hour break in between. Spooncraft broke, came back up, broke again, reverted, then broke a third time, and now we’ve finally got everything working for the most part.

Here’s a little breakdown of what’s changed, what’s new, and what’s gone.

  1. New Featured slide show at the top shows most recent updates.
  2. Optimized side bar gives you a much less cluttered menu to reach all the different sections of Spooncraft.
  3. A gallery has been added to browse through images much faster.
  4. Tabbed menus means less time loading between sections, you can get to where you want to go much quicker now.

That’s what we have new for now, I’m adding new background images and other little goodies every chance I get. In addition to the whole visual aspect of this reconstruction, I’m proud to announce two new columns: Remember When and The Critic; written by myself and Mr. Vice himself, Nessaja.

There are still things that need to be fixed/activated like some of the background graphics and images having a higher resolution without sacrificing load time, the contact form is currently busted but it should be back up soon. As well I’m trying to get a submit option workign for sending screenshots and such.

Contests will be up this month at some point to give away some goodies like J!NX clothes and swag as well as game time cards, World of Warcraft TCG decks, etc.

As usual folks, stay tuned and thanks for the continued support.

  1. I got a big list of QA stuff written up that will hopefully be completed by tomorrow. For now the site’s functional (my standards are too damn high I think for having ZERO budget)

Either way thanks for the kind words and support.

  2. I see.

Yeah, Kinda tough working like that but you REALLY Pull through.

And thank you for a great site. =D
