Bornakk has stated before that the tickets will go on sale the 11th of August. More specifically people were worried about the exact time as in midnight and such. The reason being that these tickets have a history of selling out VERY QUICKLY.

I just wanted to follow up on this question to say that while we don’t have an exact time for the tickets to go on sale, it will be after the start of the business day on Monday August 11th. It won’t be a surprise 12:01am or 2:00am opening for tickets. So get your sleep Sunday night and keep an eye out for information on Monday. (src)

As for my giveaway I will be opening up the entry page on Sunday August 10th and giving my readers 7 days to enter their names into the “hat” so to speak. After I have built up the list of entrees I’ll be printing them out and then doing a video taped drawing that will air once I have chosen and notified the winner.
