We’ve got a few changes in play that are making the Valentine’s holiday even easier as well as more than a few raid changes. I personally don’t see how this could be the reason for yesterday’s very long maintenance period and extended downtime.

To provide players with a more transparent notification of when Wintergrasp battles occur, as well as better control zone population and stability, several changes have been made.
Players now have the option to queue for Wintergrasp from a Wintergrasp Battlemaster in any capital city or by simply entering the Wintergrasp zone.

I’ll update this page if anything worthwhile happens but for the most part; you have new pants and bracers available for Wintergrasp tokens. Now that WG is an uninstanced yet queued and controlled battleground (seriously WTF?) you’ll be able to “farm” for the gear, hurray for you. I mean hey it’ll be nicer for servers [...]
