Starfall Changes
We don’t have a problem with Starfall breaking stealth. There are plenty of other spells that do so and Starfall is hard to spam.
However, Starfall is an unusual spell in that it isn’t channeled and can even follow the druid around. So we are going to change it so that shifting cancels the spell. [...]
