Proudmoore (US) is just tearing up the progression with the Sunwell Offensive. According to Gorgonnash.info they were the first server to break into Phase 3 and unlock the heroic badge loot vendor. A while back there was a bug on the official armory website where it was displaying the epic gems available for 10 badges each. Checking the PTRs that was indeed false as they are still 15 badges per and about 43 gold per pattern from Shaani.

Ok so once your realm reaches Phase 4, Shaani the “Jewelcrafting Supplies” vendor will spawn in the inn (the Harbor building), however she won’t sell epic gems until the Alchemy Lab is completed. It seems we finally have a winner in the race to reach Phase 4 of the Shattered Sun, and it’s none else than Proudmoore (US) the first realm to reach Phase 3. You can check out the exact progress at Gorgonnash.info.

By reaching Phase 4, Proudmore unlocked an important NPC, Shaani selling Black Temple quality gems [...]

Keeping in line with all these crazy new changes to how useful Heroic Badges are, it seems Blizzard is stepping up and making all the sexy end game gems now purchasable with the coveted Badges.

The following patterns appeared on the server, they are not yet availabe, but its only a matter of time. All patterns from Black Temple and Hyjal (including the Scales of Sand) will be obtainable via the Shattered Sun Offensive.
