Arena Season 7 Armor Preview
Its mostly complete right now. There are still some unfinished textures as well as visual bugs like the mage shoulder hovering around the elbow. It kind of sucks when the PvP gear looks leaps and bounds better than its corresponding Raid gear, but its nothing to cry over. Art assets and such are the least of my w0rries in regards to the direction of WoW. Image files come from MMOCs reconstructions.

Arena Season 7 armor sets discovered on 3.2 PTR
BB unearthed the models and textures for the next set of arena gldiator gear and I have to say, I’m pretty impressed. The gear looks pretty freaking awesome especially the shaman and paladin sets. Every new build ends up showing us more and more polish and more little sneak peeks at the treasures to come. There are a few notes worth mentioning that BB posted before the images.
Death Knight – The helm is missing textures.
Druid – Shoulders are REALLY bugged, only right shoulder available.
Hunter – Helm and Shoulders are missing.
Mage – Shoulders slightly bugged, fixed with some photoshopping in the front view to match a nearly-final render.
Paladin – Works fine.
Priest – Works fine.
Rogue – Only shoulders available.
Shaman – Shoulders are heavily bugged, once again fixed with some photoshopping in the front view to make it look better. Helm seems bugged as well.
Warlock – Works fine.
Warrior – Nothing available yet, see you after the next PTR build!

Patch 3.2 Teaser notes released!
I’m liking where this is going, not as good as Dwarven breasteses or Tauren udders but still! It’s good. Looks like they’re planning on adding higher quality loot for the Argent Tournament vendors (ilvl 213’s mayhaps?) since I can’t imagine they can bullshit another wave of mounts. There’s going to be a new Battleground that just might get me back in the mood for PvP. I miss old PvP, before everything went down the shitter with all this Arena business. I like me some old school epic as hell Alterac Valley battles, now with TANKS!
The one aspect thus far announced that I am really geeking out over is the mention of the Argent Coliseum holding 5, 10, and 25 player raid battles. Am I FINALLY going to see arenas the way they SHOULD have been!? Battling monsters and mortals alike, for blood and glory and the adoration of the crowd!
The upcoming major content patch, Call of the Crusade, will bring a host of new features for World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King.
- The Argent Tournament Expands: With the help of Azeroth’s heroes, the Argent Crusade will finish the Argent Coliseum just in time to call for all brave citizens to prepare for battle with the Lich King. New dailies, rewards, and more will be available at the Argent Tournament grounds to lure adventurers into the coliseum.
- Crusaders’ Coliseum: In order to prepare for a siege on Icecrown Citadel, players will be called by the Argent Crusade to test their mettle in the Coliseum. 5-player, 10-player, and 25-player challenges await inside.
- New Battleground: Isle of Conquest, a new large-scale siege Battleground, will be open. The Horde and Alliance will battle head-to-head for control of strategic resources to lay siege to the keeps of their opponents.
- New Arena Season: Season 7 will officially start, paving the way for all-new items and challenges.
