Hortus updated the 2.4 Known Issues list with several additions (see below):
General
• Players can be randomly ported into the wall or down into the Menagerie while taking control of a chess piece in Karazhan.
UI
• A cursor is not displayed when mousing over NPCs with repeatable quests from range.
Quests
• Completing “Fragmented Magic” does not teach the [...]

Just two more bugs for the day I wanted to put out there.
Stratholme: Abominations in the last chunk of the instance (it’s an event for the uninitiated) right before you face the Baron are borked.
The event will not continue if it attempts to reset while abominations are in combat. We are aware of this [...]

Now, I’m not sure if this has ever happened before but i imagine it must have. Otherwise this is a pretty interesting and somewhat funny bug.

People have been running into this issue since the patch where when they die, they cannot release spirit outside of an instance. Hortus gave a quick workaround you can do to beat the bug or you can wait until they fix it which should be with the next patch (2.4.2)

I wanted to make sure that this information was given out to anybody interested as it does pose a really touchy subject. People LIKE their characters and invest a lot of time and effort into them. When Blizzard makes a change that suddenly drops the value of that character the fallout can be really nasty.
