What about Lake Wintergrasp in the next expansion?
There are some concerns about how Blizzards new entire PVP zone is going to work out, here’s a little blue tint to the discussion.

How is Lake Wintergrasp going to synergize with the amerna content though? Are the top-ranked arena teams going to have a reason to go into Lake Wintergrasp besides getting one or two desired items (like current-day Halaa)? Or is there going to be a reason for arena players to prioritize or at least co-prioritize Wintergrasp along with their arena grind?
EDIT: How will flying mounts factor into this? Do you plan on limiting them? Do you feel that the presence of crucial objectives will limit their use?

Unfortunately we can’t answer most of these questions yet as it’s still too far out to discuss details like items or restrictions.
Based on the information we already know, I think it will be more active than Halaa because one of the things that hurt Halaa was the Diminishing Returns on honor points. With this removed in patch 2.4 people will be able to continue piling up honor points until they’ve had enough. I know rewards play a huge factor, so with the knowledge that people have now of items we’ve made available through honor points, I think it will continue to be a busy place for a long time.
