Spooncraft

A short and sweet update for you folks. In the last build certain epic items that crafters could make (specifically engineer goggles and inscription tomes) were given stats.

There are two sets of goggles for each armor class except cloth (only 1) and there are two off-hand tomes for inscription that seem to be itemized strangely.
