So check this out, new patch is coming via the downloader. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see that it’s the Wrath of the Lich King patch 3.0.2 where all the new abilities, talents, mechanics, and such will come down the pipeline to us in Live. You can pretty much confirm this by the fact that the Wrath Logo is seen for a split second while the normal Blizzard Launcher boots up.

The next major content patch is coming, and it’s big. In order to smooth the way, we will shortly enable background downloading of most of the data for this patch. People who use the Launcher and have background downloading enabled will automatically start getting the data. The Downloader downloads faster in general now, so you may want to adjust your background download settings. You can adjust these settings in the Laucher, by visiting the Options page. If you want the fastest possible download, check the “Don’t throttle background download”. However, note that this can affect the performance of other programs running at the same time. (src)

At the same time, new beta build (hopefully fixes the bugs where death knight runes won’t refresh and runic power freezes, seriously why the hell do I bother trying to test the class it’s busted to shit 90% of the time)
