The first time I heard about WAR, I thought it would be in the 40k universe, and when I heard it wasn't, I couldn't understand why. It went from a game I would have been excited about, to just another Orc, goblin, human, bows arrows and axes game, and why would I play another one of those when WoW does everything I want in the same genera. Its not even that the 40k universe is "better" than the fantasy one, although I think it is, but more that an mmo in the future hasn't been done well yet (for me at least), and there is more epic proportions in space if they do it right. Yeah im pretty sure there is.
