Official Patch 3.3 Confirmation for Dec. 8th (UPDATED)

So the people telling me yesterday that I was off-base and had no proof to backup my claim that Patch 3.3 was coming out today, I bet you feel pretty silly right now huh.
The servers last night were getting a little unstable and Zarhym announced the release of Patch 3.3: Fall of the Lich King. I had more news here and the entire patch notes but for some reason it has become broken and the post itself will not display. Anyway I hope your background downloaders were running in the past few weeks as mine was because that means the patch will take all of 6 minutes to download and install. Can anybody answer if emblems of triumph will be the new base emblem as several sites have eluded to or has the emblem structure not changes?
Emblems drop the same way, but if you use the group finder thing for heroics, I think you get 2 triumphs for each instance with no limit. The daily heroic quest has been replaced with the weekly raid quest, which gives 10 new new badges for killing a random mid level boss in most of the instances, current and old.
Otherwise the only way to get emblems of frost is in ICC.
Triumph is the new base emblem, the only other emblem you can get is Frost.
Frost comes from special daily or icecrown raid. Triumph is everything else.
