WotLK Talent Calculators on the Official WoW Site
Blizzard’s released their official talent calculators now for the world to see. It isn’t something we haven’t already seen before from the Alpha and the database sites respectively but at least with these coming from Blizzard directly I put more trust in them to be updated and accurate.

Is there a 3rd party site that has Blizzard’s current talent calculators updated? The official site is blocked on campus and I know popular sites like mmo-champion and wikidot are not updated.

There’s a few. You can try the wowhead.com ones but if you’re looking for something specifically as official as the WoW home page you might be out of luck.
Honestly though playing around with the talent builders at this point int he Beta is more of a perk than something you should base any kind of theory crafting or real life effort into. Chances are things will change dramatically in the next month or two.
But like you said, going to the WotLKwiki, wowhead, mmoc, and so forth are the best options right now if the WoW official site is blocked.
