More Class Changes in Patch 3.0.8
I want to say that these are undocumented changes but I’ve reported half of them previously. I’d also like to say that they’re all very important but to be honest the only one I’m really surprised about are the Hunter changes. These changes seem to all be either nerfs for overpowered talents and glyphs or rebalancing changes to make things more desirable. Let’s get into it then:
Death Knight
Blood
- Vampiric Blood now Temporarily grants the Death Knight 15% (down from 20%) of maximum health and increases the amount of health generated through spells and effects by 35% (down from 50%) for 20 sec. After the effect expires, the health is lost.
Druid
Balance
- Celestial Focus doesn’t affect Starfall anymore.
Hunter
Survival
- Lock and Load now has a 3/7/10% chance to proc on periodic damage. (Up from 2/4/6%)
- Tranquilizing Shot cooldown has been increased from 6 to 8 seconds. Mana cost decreased from 12% of base mana to 8%.
Paladin
Glyph
- Glyph of Turn Evil now also increases the cooldown of the spell by 8 sec.
Rogue
Assassination
- Ambush now awards 2 combo points. (Up from 1)
- Lethality now only increase the damage of of all combo moves that do not require stealth.
