WoW Patch 3.3.3 Honor and PvP Changes
There’s a lot going down in Patch 3.3.3 I haven’t really covered so far in regards to PvP and specifically my favorite feature – Battlegrounds. All of this is in preparation of the massive PvP overhaul coming in Cataclysm with a heavier emphasis on Battlegrounds.
Tokens are being removed from the game, if you have tokens (the currency you get when you win or lose any BG) you’ll be able to turn those in now for a minor chunk of honor, which is a good thing I guess since there are some players out there with thousands of marks of honor.

Lil’ XT. I want it.
My fondest memory of this Wrath of the Lich King expansion, was raiding Ulduar for the first time and fighting XT-002 Deconstructor. I make it a point that for the raid groups I lead, we go in the first time now knowing shit about the fight since I’m not really in it to be the first, just in it to make myself a better gamer and the folks I roll with typically have that same mind set. We wiped on XT not because the fight was harder no, we wiped because of the voice.

Blizzard’s Official Mastery System Preview
Here’s how the system works: As you spend points in a given talent tree, you’ll receive three different passive bonuses specific to that tree. The first bonus will increase your damage, healing, or survivability, depending on the intended role of the tree. The second bonus will be related to a stat commonly found on gear desirable to you, such as Haste or Crit. The third bonus will be the most interesting, as it will provide an effect completely unique to that tree — meaning there will be 30 different bonuses of this nature in the game. This third bonus is the one that will benefit from the Mastery rating found on high-level (level 80 to 85) gear. More after the break.

What Cataclysm’s stat changes mean to me…
There are plenty of posts out there that sum it all up for classes but I could give a rat’s ass about the lesser classes.
Let’s talk about Warrior and Rogue.
I officially hate my Paladin and he’s pretty much been shelved until further notice. Which means I’m not logging on him for shit until well after Cataclysm.
So these stat changes I wrote about earlier are bringing a whole new dynamic to the game as we know it, so WTF now?
