Wrath of the Lich King is continuing 10-man content.

There’s more to read here than just the statement. Players asked if in WOTLK we will get 10-man content like we did in Burning Crusade. The reality that 10-man content is easier to access than 25-man simply due to the logistics of it is what has made BC raiding so successful. Pretty much anybody can find 9 other people and with the right leadership just about any reasonable group composition can beat Karazhan. It’s been said many times before as well that in WOTLK there will be 10-man content but it’s nice to have an official word on the subject.

We do plan to continue making 10 person raid dungeons, we just aren’t quite ready to share information on dungeons that will use this raid size. (src)

Ahh here is where it gets interesting. I said at the start of this post to look deeper into what was said. I may be reading too much into things (tinfoil hat) but if Blizzard isn’t ready to share information then that at least leads me to believe that they have a solid plan in place and list of dungeons/raids and such. The hold on the disclosure of this information is to make sure there aren’t any loose ends and that the devs and lore guys want to make sure that everything flows the way it should. The 10-mans and 25-mans are already established, you can’t code/build an instance and not know if it’s 10 or 25-man content. Which order to release them in is a different story all together.
