Wrath of the Lich King: Infinite Dragonflight and Caverns of Time.

We know that soon enough we will be able to go into the Caverns of Time and fight alongside Arthas as he burns down Stratholme and Kills it’s citizens before they can be taken by the Scourge as they have already been infected with the plague of undeath. Funny enough I recently played through this very level in Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos. The mission is called “The Culling” and Arthas has to race with the Dread Lord Mal’ganis in taking peasants. Essentially he is the reason (aside from the Scourge invasion) that Strat looks the way it does today.

But this is a Caverns of Time instance. Why on earth would we be going back in time to experience this (awesome freaking event) from a soldier’s point of view? And where be the sparkly crazy messed up dragons at?

And outside of knowing the new Caverns of Time: Stratholme instance is based on the Warcraft III level ‘The Culling’, not a lot of details have been shared. More will come in due time, whether the Infinite Dragonflight will show up remains to be seen. (src)
