Maybe it’s the mega geek in me seeping out but I am downright giddy after seeing this news. The amazing folks over at Upper Deck weren’t satisified with the great success of the World of Warcraft Trading Card game, so they’re making a mini’s game. Taken directly from the site here’s part of the FAQ:

What factions and characters will I be able to play?

You can build parties from the Alliance, Horde, and Monster factions. You’ll have access to iconic characters such as Warchief Thrall, High Priestess Tyrande Whisperwind, and Archmage Arugal, all brought to life in beautiful palm-size masterpieces.

What products will be available?

You will be able to buy a fixed two-player Starter Set, a randomized Deluxe Starter Set, and booster packs. On top of that, you’ll also be able to purchase a giant-size Onyxia Raid Set that offers you the choice of playing against an automated Onyxia or piloting the black dragon yourself!
