I’m not quite sure what to say about this. We haven’t released any information about specific system requirements for the next expansion.

I think it’s best to take what your friend has said with a grain of salt and wait until we are further along to talk about system requirements.

Keep in mind too that we have always tried to do our best to both advance the development of the game as well as balance the system requirements necessary so as to make the game as available to as many people as possible. We’re not changing that philosophy. [ Post edited by Nethaera ] (src)

The post goes on in further detail with people bickering back and forth about how inevitable or unlikely it will be that Blizzard makes the expansion strictly for Vista. I really don’t know myself and don’t care to throw my hat in the ring. Still with all the Mac users how in the hell is WOTLK going to be Vista only?
If it is Vista only then I guess I’ll have to bite the bullet and get that piece of crap OS on my computer, but that’s progress.

Maybe after SP1 it won’t suck so bad.

Edit: For further clarification, I have had many problems with Vista and drivers and WoW.
