I’ve asked this same question. It seems that guild rosters and other information doesn’t always update properly on the Armory website. Bornakk posted today on how the updating works. I’m sure he’s already stated this before but for the life of me I can’t find the thread. It’s good then that he reiterated in this thread.

The Armory updates on a continuous basis, there are just some issues we are continuing to work on ironing out where some things are missed in this process. Generally speaking I’ve seen my characters’ profiles updated within 2-3 hours of when I log out. (src)

They’re sitll improving the system so hopefully the tech will get to a point where information is dynamic and updated right away.
