People are asking for a repair vendor in the new Sunwell Isle zone, maybe they didn’t get the memo. There is no repair vendor on the island until Phase 3 after the Armory has been captured. Bornakk says the same with a little more flavor.

To have a place to repair an NPC must have the necessary space and tools to do so, but you have only just landed on the isle and with so many evil blood elves and demons there is no place to do this!

Fight on and battle against the demons and take back the isle! (src)
