The question is asked about 40 times a day by a random selection of… people. Anyway (I’m being nice today) Bornakk once again posted information saying surprise! they don’t have anything they want to share with you now and will give us 2 weeks notice when the next arena season will begin.

We don’t provide release dates far in advance, this should come as no surprise really. We also feel that providing a 2 week warning is sufficient time for players to prepare for the end of the current season and the beginning of a new one. (src)

Frankly I don’t give three craps about the final Arena season. It’ll come out soon enough. Right now I would be much happier if Blizzard continued to put 99% of their effort into the expansion and let WoW run on autopilot for a few more weeks. There are TONS to do right now in game, if you’ve done it all and then some, you might want to take a little break; and maybe a shower.
