Due to popular demand, here are the exact posts that went up yesterday regarding the PTR and their up and down status. Or is it down and then up?

At about 1:30PM Eastern I see this. We will be taking the 2.4.2 PTR down shortly and ending the 2.4.2 PTR phase. Thank you to everyone who participated in this test phase. We hope to see you all again in future tests. (src)

At about 7:30 PM the same day I see this. We have decided to put the 2.4.2 PTR up for some additional testing. The realms should once again be available for play. (src)
