The guys over at mmo-champion are bringing in more mined information on loot, spell IDs to confirm the loot being legit, and reports from the european side of things where presumably they have access to the PTRs already. Once more as I write this the PTRs are not available for us in the states.

Tier 6 sets changes
It seems that tier 6 sets now have 8 items … Set bonuses are the same (2 and 4 parts only) but I really can’t confirm this while the PTRs are offline.

According to a source, the added 3 items on tier 6 are Sunwell Loots, to let player use their breastplate from sunwell or things like that without loosing their old Tier 6 bonus.

Latro’s Flurry (2 Items) (One of the item is [Latro's Shifting Sword], the other one is a new item) - (2 Set) - Increases attack power by 30.

PvP sets
These sets are probably the ones you will be able to buy from various reputation vendors in Outland. The (2 Set) bonus for all the following sets is +35 Resilience.

(Druid) Dragonhide Battlegear (5 Items), Kodohide Battlegear (5 Items), Wyrmhide Battlegear (5 Items) - (4 Set) - Increases your movement speed by 15% while in Bear, Cat, or Travel Form. Only active outdoors.
(Hunter) Stalker’s Chain Battlegear (5 Items) - (4 Set) - Reduces the cooldown of your Concussive Shot by 1 sec.
(Mage) Evoker’s Silk Battlegear (5 Items) - (4 Set) - Reduces the cooldown of your Blink spell by 2 sec.
(Paladin) Crusader’s Ornamented Battledgear (5 Items), Crusader’s Scaled Battledgear (5 Items) - (4 Set) - Reduces the cooldown of your Hammer of Justice by 10 sec.
(Priest) Mooncloth Battlegear (5 Items), Satin Battlegear (5 Items) - (4 Set) - Reduces the duration of the Weakened Soul effect caused by your Power Word: Shield by 2 sec.
(Rogue) Opportunist’s Battlegear (5 Items) - (4 Set) - Reduces the cooldown of your Gouge ability by 1 sec.
(Shaman) Seer’s Linked Battlegear (5 Items) - (4 Set) - Reduces the cooldown of your Stormstrike ability by 1 sec.
(Shaman) Seer’s Mail Battlegear (5 Items) - (4 Set) - Improves your chance to get a critical strike with all Shock spells by 2%.
(Shaman) Seer’s Ringmail Battlegear (5 Items) - (4 Set) - Reduces the cooldown of your Nature’s Swiftness ability by 24 sec.
(Warlock) Dreadweave Battlegear (5 Items) - (4 Set) - Reduces the casting time of your Fear spell by 0.2 sec.
(Warrior) Savage Plate Battlegear (5 Items) - (4 Set) - Reduces the cooldown of your Intercept ability by 5 sec.

Sunwell plateau
The old Sunwell Loot screenshot is now confirmed. Bonuses on items are considered as spells and are directly added to the patch files, even if none of them dropped yet we can confirm that some of these loots are true and you can probably consider all of them legit now.

Few examples of spells used in these items
45059 : Vessel of the Naaru - Collects 100 Holy Energy from healing spells you cast. Cannot collect more than ${100*20} Holy Energy.
45064 : Vessel of the Naaru - Release all accumulated Holy Energy to instantly heal current friendly target by the amount of Holy Energy accumulated.
45355 : Item - T7 Melee Trinket Base - Chance on hit to enter a Battle Trance, during which your melee or ranged attacks will each grant 44 attack power, stacking up to 10 times. Expires after 20 seconds.
