Proudmoore (US) is just tearing up the progression with the Sunwell Offensive. According to Gorgonnash.info they were the first server to break into Phase 3 and unlock the heroic badge loot vendor. They just completed Phase 4 of the Shattered Sun Offensive, and it triggered the availability of epic gems on Shaani the “Jewelcrafting Supplies” vendor. Proudmoore players can now buy them for 15 Badges of Justice, therefore the armory showing a price of 10 badges for epic gems is a bug from Blizzard site. Way to go Proudmoore good job and congratulations!
