At the time of writing this I’m not 100% sure if Blizzard has hotfixed this bug/exploit but there is currently an issue with being able to have two cast bars running at the same time when the Steam Tonk engineering item is activated.

I sure as hell am not going to explain how it’s done and anybody caught doing it pretty much going to end up with a ban or perma-ban as a result. Blizzard REALLY doesn’t like this sort of thing.

Using a bug to your advantage is exploitation.
