Before 2.4 went live we got to see the new +spell haste gems that were supposedly going to be made available. For some reason they be missing.

Fedora from Bronzebeard server contacted a GM in game regarding the gems who said that there indeed must be a problem because the rep vendor should be selling those gem cuts and yet it’s not on her in the live 2.4. He forwarded the information to the devs and that was that.

Syndri on the Customer Service forums has formally addressed the issue. The matter’s presently with our Quality Assurance Team, Fedora; while there’s no scheduled resolution as of yet, investigation is indeed underway (src) These gems will be made available in-game.
