One of the biggest changes this patch is bringing is the new questing hub and two instances. More importantly, the new 5-man is infinitely more accessible than the Sunwell Plateau raid dungeon so I figured I would showcase some of the drops in the instance. For the screenshots I didn’t take myself I have to credit the wonderful folks pulling information out of the files over at mmo-champs.

First off is a collection of blues that have dropped off the first two bosses of the instance. For some reason the screen caps I got off Kael and the 3rd boss got corrupted so I’ll get those up as soon as I recover the files if not, I’ll take new ones!

Yeah there is a 20 slot bag that drops off trash in the instance, that was a great shocker and a really pleasant surprise.

A pair of healing plate gloves that are actually pretty well itemized for a blue.

The same for these healing leather boots, my only complaint is there not being any spirit that tree druids get a good buff from.

Straight up healing cloth bracers

… and some caster DPS bracers

I’d say that these leggings are viable for a rogue or a feral druid simply from the sockets, again there’s a big argument about haste rating taking up stats on gear but compared to anything else readily available at level 70, these pants are a good upgrade.

Lastly there is this tanking ring. It’s nothing compared to the epic ones from karazahn and such but for a blue this is not a bad ring at all. Most arguable is the expertise rating as tanks are still figuring out that expertise is more important than +hit as a stat on gear point for point.
