Patch 2.4.2 mount changes; Carrot on a Stick enchant.
I mentioned this earlier today; the trinkets in game that increase your mount speed will become enchants (like armor kits) that you can use on mount instead of trinkets that take up a slot. Here is the first example of the changes on the PTRs.
