The following Bind on Pickup crafted items from Sunwell Plateau had a profession skill requirement of 350 added. I assume this was implemented like the blacksmithing weapons and other crafter specific gear to stop people form picking up one profession for X gear and then dump it to get another profession with Y gear and so forth.
