New Keepers of Time Tabard.

It’s not something all that new but I noticed it when Patch 2.4 first came out and I took the new teleport to the Caverns of Time to check out the new PVP stuff. Finally! The Keepers of Time have a tabard for sale through exalted reputation like all the other factions in the Burning Crusade (minus the raid factions like the Violet Eye and such)
