More about Arena Season 4 from Drysc.
A small post to explain once again how sets are going to change with the season 4, Drysc also confirms that the Season 4 won’t start anytime soon. Here is the original post.

It’s entertainment so I guess you place your own value on the importance of the actions you take. Do I buy a car now, or wait until the next year’s model comes out and the previous year’s is cheaper? If it’s just for entertainment purposes then I guess you have to weigh the importance of how much that extra fun is/isn’t worth. But I know if buying a new car could help generate more money for me than if I hadn’t bought it I may be more inclined to purchase it.
That’s neither here nor there.
We’ve only stated that Season 2 is moving to honor, Season 1 is being removed, and Season 3 prices will be lowered. Whether Season 4 or Season 2 prices will change from the Season 1 and Season 3 sets they’re replacing has not yet been stated.
One thing that’s more certain is that Season 4 isn’t going to start for quite a while. (src)
See, the OP that Drysc replied too, just doesn’t seem to get it. As a matter of fact A LOT of people don’t have the ability to get this concept through their fscking skulls. YOU CANNOT WIN AN MMO GAME.
There is no final level, you cannot win this game, you can BEAT encounters, you can DEFEAT enemies and bosses, you can BE A GOD of the Arena but you will NEVER see the words “You beat the World of Warcraft!” on your screen.
As the game moves forward in time, gear gets replaced. It gets outdated and you get the new gear. you don’t HAVE to get the new gear especially in PVP, but then again it depends on your level of commitment to what you enjoy, and if you enjoy winning a match then I suggest you get the new freaking gear. Am I still unclear?
Welcome to the World of Warcraft, you can use your stockpile of points for this item but it’s no surprise that in about 3 months you’re going to have to replace it if not sooner. It’s been this way since level 1, I have no sympathy for people complaining about the honor grind. What once was very time consuming to get, is now obtainable in 7 days or less and probably faster when 2.4 goes live.
