Previously I showcased some of the blues I had seen first hand in my repeated runs through the normal difficulty of the new 5-man instance in patch 2.4, the Magister’s Terrace. Here is a listing of all the confirmed epic loot. As well there’s talk that Kael’thas has (an extremely freaking low chance) a chance of dropping a swift white hawkstrider! In other words alliance is getting a shot at riding around the blood elf specific mount.

He also drops the phoenix vanity pet and this too is a pretty uncommon drop. Now in the normal setting, Kael drops an epic of karazahn quality (early Kara before curator) but in heroic mode all the bosses drop an epic as well kael drops more advanced epics (prince quality). Now this is not to say that you will never again need to go visit kara if you’re starting the raid ladder because the drops in magister’s don’t fill every gear slot, however. They do provide some really nice unique items that in their current forms are pretty desirable.

Go go disclaimer! This is a PTR, nothing is final, this PTR will last a very long time possibly until the end of March. As well the screens were taken from mmo-champs’ as I can’t seem to get my model viewer working at all… ever… /wrists. So without further delay, on with the show!

That about does it for the epics you can see from the regular heroic run including those obtained off Kael’thas. Next up I’m showing the epic drops off Kael in normal mode.
