Keyboard problems, WOW, and Avast Antivirus.
If you’re using Avast 4.8 as an antivirus, the latest update might cause keyboard problems while playing World of Warcraft. Most of the time you will experience a “keyboard lag”, after pushing a key the game will only react 2 or 3 seconds later. It’s been mentioned on the European forums and to some degree herein the states as well so if you do use Avast you might want to keep your ears open for any updates on the topic.
There was some mention on the French forums about Avast 4.8, there was an update released this week that for some seems to be causing problems. (src)

Interesting. My mouse died on me yesterday, and this morning I picked up a Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop package (or something like that.)
I’ve been experiencing this problem today. I was blaming it solely on the new keyboard/mouse setup, but maybe it’s an issue with Avast AV.

Hey guys, Im new here so Im gonna get straight to the point and hope to get some good replys
When I start my webbrowser, Im using internet explorer its some weird search engine. It used to be google and everytime I change
it back to google its okay. Until I start me pc again, then the wrong search engine is back. How can I get rid off this? Its getting annoying
and there hase to be a way right?
Please help me, Im kind of low on budget and wouldnt like to take the computer to an expert and pay a lot of cash for it, all the ideas are welcome
