It’s kind of like during World War II. You know when they had all those propaganda and motivational posters all over saying to not waste gas, work hard for the country, keep our boys safe, save nylon stockings for armor or parachutes whatever.

Very cool pop culture kind of stuff. The folks over at the European site have made a page along those lines talking about the dangers and the damage associated with buying gold online, power-leveling, and so forth.

I did a pretty big piece on this whole topic when we first went live, and it’s a common subject of conversation over on Virtually Blind. I’m just happy to see that Blizzard is yet again taking another assertive stance against the entire industry. I bet you won’t see this page translated to the WoW China site though…
