I have yet to be killed by him but Doom Lord Kazzak has been having his way with a lot of players trying to do the Sunwell daily quests in Hellfire. As of late there have been instances of players purposefully aggroing him to kite him near other players in the area. Blizzard has stated they are watching the activity there because this whole subject is walking a very thin line between exploitive ganking or griefing, and legit gameplay mechanics.

If intentional means there are mechanics that allow people to move him around a bit, then sure .  We will continue to watch this and make adjustments if needed.  (src)
